What You’ll Do

• Conduct property viewings for prospective tenants, showcasing accommodations and providing a professional, welcoming experience.
• Share detailed knowledge about properties and the surrounding areas to help clients make informed decisions.
• Answer questions regarding property details, rental terms, and amenities while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Coordinate with the lettings and admin teams to ensure viewing schedules are managed effectively and updated promptly.
• Identify and report any maintenance or property concerns observed during viewings.
• Ensure all properties are presented in a clean, safe, and inviting condition prior to viewings.
• Occasionally assist with follow-up communication and tenancy-related paperwork if required.

• Karnani will not withhold taxes or National Insurance contributions.

Important Information
This is a freelance, task-based role. You will act as a self-employed contractor, which requires managing your own responsibilities for taxes, insurance, and other regulatory requirements. Applicants currently employed elsewhere must ensure their primary employer permits freelance work.
