What will you do?
- Lead and oversee the delivery of food and beverage service in a super-box environment, managing waiters, bartenders, and supervisors, while collaborating with culinary teams to plan and execute timely service, ensuring seamless experiences
- Prepare and organise the box restaurant space prior to events, ensuring everything is complete for service
- Train, develop, and motivate team members, maintaining open communication for feedback
- Maintain positive guest relations and high service standards, liaising confidently and appropriately with VIP guests, addressing any concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure the operation runs in accordance with current practice, management, and measurement of all areas of responsibility including health & safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards
More about you
- Experience managing and leading hospitality teams in a premium restaurant or private club member environment
- Knowledge of the food and beverage industry, preferably within a hospitality and catering environment
- Additional experience or qualifications in wine is beneficial
