Kinkally is a new upscale modern Georgian restaurant concept on Charlotte Street, in the culinary heart of Fitzrovia.

The menu, developed by the Micheline guide recommended Executive Chef David Chelidze, puts khinkali, a Georgian dumpling with a striking, twisted form, on a pedestal — while looking beyond the confines of the country’s border to pull in influences from across Europe, Asia and the Middle-East.

Its subterranean cocktail den Bar Kinky is led by Andrew Pruts, from the team behind Insider Bar, reaching #13 on World’s 50 Best Bars list.

The design has been carefully curated by award winning architects.

Job details:

• Be the face of the brand known for its warm welcome, conviviality and hospitality
• Excellent knowledge of wine, cocktails and service to maximise our guest journey
• Proven past experience in high volume restaurants in London
• Ensure restaurant is impeccably presented and kept to a high standard
