Warehouse Operative – Parcel Sorter
Driving Licence required – (No more than 6 points)
Location: – Sheffield
Shift patterns: 4 ON 4 OFF – 15.00pm -01.00am
Hours: 38hrs per week
Hourly rate – £11.89 p/h
At Menzies Distribution we have an excellent and exciting opportunity for a Parcel Sorter to join our Sheffield depot
You will work closely with our fantastic Operational Team, who will support and encourage you in your role as a Parcel Sorter
When in the warehouse, you will be accountable for the safe loading and uploading of inbound parcels and will be required to support your colleagues to achieve sorting, scanning and labelling!
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Sorting of parcels into correct distribution
- Break down, allocate and load inbound supplies
- Keep the warehouse safe, clean and tidy
- Adhere to company procedures and policies
- Assemble customer supplies according to packing specifications
- Check the quality of packed orders
WHAT YOU NEED
- Physically fit to meet the demands of a warehouse role
- Driving Licence required (no more than 6 points)
- Hardworking, positive and a flexible attitude to work
