Mason Brothers Transport Ltd are seeking a skilled and reliable grounds person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of maintenance and repair skills, enabling them to tackle various tasks efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained, safe, and functional. The grounds person will work independently and as part of a team, providing a high-quality service to meet the needs of the business.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general maintenance and repair tasks on site.
• To assist with general workshop activities.
• Assist with landscaping tasks such as gardening and outdoor maintenance.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

Experience

• Proven experience as a ground’s person or in a similar role is preferred.
• Full clean driving license.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with your supervisor and team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
