As Morgan Marine continues to thrive and our client base expands throughout British & Global markets, we are looking to strengthen our Steel Department.
THE ROLE: You will be based in our busy Steel Department in Llandybie, you will be required to monitor and maintain a clean yard as well as assembling/dispatching steel products and ensuring the safety of all staff and visitors at the site. You will work with teams to ensure the products we deliver meets our quality standards. You will work effectively to deliver the exacting quality standards required. You will be responsible for the safe stacking and storage of panels, goods and products in line with Health and Safety requirements.
REQUIRED SKILLS: General product knowledge within the production and assembly department. A knowledge of quality management systems and customer quality standards and an understanding of manufacturing efficiencies. You will have problem solving skills. The ideal candidate will have Health and Safety and risk assessment experience/qualifications. A helpful, ‘can-do’ attitude is preferred, as is the ability to work using initiative.

The Person: You will be a team player and be able to work using initiative. Experience in working for a manufacturer is desirable.
