<li>Lead our nursery teams to deliver outstanding care to all the children in your setting</li>

<li>Work in partnership with Recruitment and HR to ensure your nursery is fully recruited,</li>

<li>Commercial delivery of the nursery performance, optimizing revenue generation and cost efficiency in line with staff ratio requirements</li>
<li>Engage with the Local Authority to understand the local offer, to support practice in all areas of the nursery</li>

<p><b>What we&rsquo;re looking for:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Full and Relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (essential)</li>
<li>Experience within an Early Years leadership role (ideally as a Nursery Manager, Deputy Manager, a room leader or similar)</li>
<li>Experience of participating with a regulatory inspection (not essential)</li>
<li>Confident decision maker, with ability to support change and the understanding of the complex relationship between business/commerce and service excellence within a regulated setting</li>
<li>Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and the wider legislative requirements for working with children</li>
</ul>

<li>Support core HR processes by administering and maintaining SAP SuccessFactors, as well as conducting SAP SuccessFactors testing.

<li>Perform monthly payroll checks for new hires and execute necessary data changes.
</li>
<li>Generate and deliver HR reports, including headcount, joiners, leavers, and other relevant metrics.
</li>
<li>Assist HR teams (e.g. HR Principals, HR Business Partners, Advisors, Generalists) by advising employees and line managers on core HR processes, policies, procedures, inductions, query management, parental leave, flexible working applications, benefits, learning, and other initiatives within the Corporate North offices.
