Location: Hinckley
Salary: Up to 60K basic
Hours: Monday – Friday / 8pm – 5am (Nights)

Job Description:
My client, a leading Waste & Recycling company are seeking a skilled Plant Supervisor to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for the supervision of engineers and planned and reactive maintenance across all areas of the plant. You will ensure that plant installations and modifications adhere to the latest standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of Maintenance technicians, Engineers, Maintenance support team leaders and process Operators.
• Monitor the planned and reactive maintenance on plant equipment such as; conveyors, balers, compactors, sorters, motors, gearboxes, hydraulics, pneumatics etc.
• Assist Engineers when required
• Ensure that plant installations and modifications comply with the latest industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Engineering position.
• NVQ in Engineering desired
• Mechanical / Welding / Fabrication / Basic electrical fault-finding skills desired.
