Home Care Assistant

We are looking for compassionate Home Care Assistants to support individuals in their own homes throughout Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, and Sevenoaks. Earn between £15.35 and £18.35 per hour, depending on your experience, qualifications, and shift times. Your role will be vital in helping clients maintain their independence and improving their quality of life.

Your Role:
As a Home Care Assistant, you’ll provide essential care and assistance, ensuring that each client feels supported, valued, and comfortable in their home environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with personal care, medication, and meal preparation.
• Offering companionship and support with daily activities and mobility.
• Helping clients stay independent by assisting with errands and hobbies.
• Working alongside family members and healthcare professionals to meet individual needs.

Shifts are available between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm, offering flexibility to suit your schedule.
