Are you an NVQ qualified Care Assistant with a minimum of 2 years broad experience in social or health care?

We provide induction training, plus training specifically for each individual package. Having an NVQ in Adult Health & Social Care would be an advantage and we pay £14.50 Mon-Fri and £15.50 Saturday & Sunday. If you don’t have an NVQ we pay from £13.50/hr Mon-Fri and £14.50/hr for Saturday & Sunday

You’ll need to have a minimum of 2 years care experience in a regulated setting & you must be a driver with a car.

About the role

All our visits are a minimum of one hour and you get paid for your traveling time as well as for the mileage between clients. You will need to be available alternate weekends. You will be supported by a senior management team, including a supervisor and there is always someone on call out of office hours.

You will have an initial paid induction and then will shadow train with a regular carer before starting client visits on your own. We provide on going training throughout your employment with us.

Pay: £14.50-£15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
