SEN 1:1 Teaching Assistant

Degree Six are a specialist SEND agency which supports a number of schools in and around the Stapenhill, Staffordshire area.

We are currently looking for passionate and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to support a number of Primary, Secondary and SEN schools in the Stapenhill area. The roles and hours will vary, offering you flexibility but will typically fall between Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 3.30pm.

You will be required to work with children with SEND on either a 1:1 or small group basis, either inside the mainstream classroom or within a SEND setting.

The Role:

• Supporting pupils who need additional support
• Assisting with personal care
• Providing support on a 1:1 or small group basis
• Support the students during break and lunch times

• Must be patient, caring and compassionate
• Ability to work as a team and contribute positively

Pay: £80.00-£90.00 per day

Expected hours: 6.5 – 32.5 per week
