Trainee Lettings Negotiator

We have a rare vacancy for a Trainee Lettings Negotiator in our super Whitton branch to be part of a growth plans for 2025!

We want to continue on our growth curve so we are looking for a strong, driven individual who wants to jump on board with us to smash 2025!

As a negotiator you will:

• Register Customers and carry out property matches for Lettings properties
• Generate and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers between all parties
• Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
• Generate new business leads
• Display excellent customer service at all times

In return we offer:

• On Target Earning (OTE) Pay £22,000 – £25,000per annum
• Basic salary from £19,000 depending on experience
• 3 months guaranteed commission pay
• 5 day working week, to include Saturdays

It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
