Procurement Manager – £36,000.00 Basic + Performance Bonuses – Newton Abbot, Devon

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead all procurement activities for a market leading Holiday Lodge/modular build Manufacturer! (Procurement background in construction is required)

This role involves optimising procurement processes to meet KPIs, managing budgets, and actively participating in board meetings to align procurement strategies with company goals and directives.

Key Responsibilities (Included not limited to):

• Sourcing: Researching and identifying products and suppliers that meet the organisation’s needs
• Negotiating: Negotiating contracts with suppliers to get the best deals.
• Targets: Working to KPI’s and managing budgets carefully.
• Managing: Managing suppliers throughout the procurement process, including ensuring they deliver on time and meet commitments
• Communication: Building relationships with suppliers, internal teams, and customers
• Planning: Creating strategic plans and forecasting demand for products and services
• Analysing: Assessing information and tenders from potential suppliers
• Recording: Ensuring all procurement processes are followed and accurately recorded
• Risk management: Identifying procurement risk and performing risk assessments on potential contracts
• Team Management: Managing and motivating a team.
