• Manage Kardex AutoStore realization projects from contract to final acceptance.
• Collaborate with sales during the project acquisition phase.
• Ensure smooth transitions across sales, implementation, and service phases.
• Build strong client relationships, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks.
• Optimize processes, negotiate solutions, and drive financial improvements.
• Contribute to developing tools, standards, and processes for project success

• Degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
• 2-5 years’ experience managing AutoStore projects with a proven portfolio.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and IT processes.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
